Constitution

The purposes of the Society are to conserve and protect the environment for the benefit of the public by acquiring and managing property in Elk Valley, British Columbia and through the establishment of conservation covenants designed to conserve, convey protect and rehabilitate ecosystems and the environment.

BYLAWS

The bylaws of the Society are intended to provide a structure within which user groups, conservation groups, and community groups can work together to preserve the natural environment and manage the interface between human life and wildlife.
